The Wintering is a comprehensive 12-week coaching experience that turns winter into your springboard for transformation. Housed on Training Peaks and guided by the OMNIA Performance coaching team, this program meets you exactly where you are on your fitness journey

We focus on building a foundation of strength through the fundamentals (SBD), while developing your power, metabolic conditioning, and aerobic capacity. This isn't about surviving winter – it's about using it to become truly In Omnia Paratus: prepared in ALL things.

You'll need access to a gym for the strength work, but expect to spend plenty of time embracing the elements outdoors. Because real growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone.

Our private community and fortnightly live Q&As with your coaches create more than just accountability – they build a support system of like-minded athletes who share your drive for personal growth. When challenges arise (and they will), you'll have an entire community in your corner.

This isn't just another training program. It's a carefully crafted journey that will forge you into the strongest, fittest, and most resilient version of yourself.

That's why we've integrated three interactive webinars with world-class experts on resilience and psychology throughout your 12-week journey. These aren't just lectures; they're practical tools you'll use to build mental fortitude alongside your physical development.


NUTRITION SUPPORT

Success is built on proper fueling. Our Performance Nutritionist, Tom McClure, leads fortnightly nutrition webinars and maintains an active presence in our community channels, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge and accountability to reach your goals.

New this year: Access to Hexis, a dynamic nutrition platform that adapts to your training schedule. This powerful tool provides personalized meal plans and nutrition insights that evolve with your program, helping you fuel effectively, recover faster, and maximize your performance.


THE CHALLENGE

On March 29th, 2025, we come together for something special: the OMNIA Backyard Ultra (virtual).

The concept is beautifully simple: run 4.1 miles, every hour, on the hour, until you decide you're done. There's no minimum distance requirement. No pressure to match anyone else's performance. Just you, pushing your own boundaries.

Whether you complete one loop or twenty-four, what matters is that you'll go further than you thought possible. And you won't do it alone – you'll have an entire community supporting you every step of the way.

This isn't about surviving winter. It's about using these 12 weeks to become someone stronger, both physically and mentally.
