MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS

Omnia Performance strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any training products or services . You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in exercise. Omnia Performance is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You acknowledge that you are responsible for exercising within your own skill and fitness levels. If at any time you feel any movements you are completing are above your current skill level you must cease immediately. Likewise, if you feel any discomfort, pain, sickness or dizziness you will immediately stop the activity.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise programme, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or training programme, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree that Omnia Performance will not be held liable to any claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Omnia Performance. You acknowledge that partaking in online coaching means a coach is not present with you and cannot make an adequate assessment of the area where you are exercising. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure the area is clear, safe, and free from any hazards which may cause injury to yourself or to others. Omnia Performance will also not accept any liability arising out of defective equipment.

Please recognise that it is your responsibility to work directly with your healthcare provider before, during and after seeking nutrition and/or fitness consultation. Any information provided is not to be followed without prior approval of your doctor. If you choose to use this information without such approval, you agree to accept full responsibility for your decision. Your health and wellbeing will remain at the forefront of our coaching service. Should this or any nutritional behaviours cause concern at any time, we reserve the right to cease coaching and refer you to an appropriate healthcare specialist.

Whilst we draw on our professional expertise, you acknowledge that we are supporting you in our role exclusively as an online coach only. We are not a medical health practitioner or mental health provider and we are not holding ourselves out to be in any capacity. Rather, we serve as a coach, mentor and guide who will help you reach your own health and fitness goals.

You are acknowledging that you are participating voluntarily in using our website, emails, training products and services, and you alone are solely and personally responsible for your results.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS DECLARATION

You confirm that your doctor has NEVER said you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor.

You confirm that you DO NOT feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity, NOR have you had chest pain in the past month when not doing physical activity.

You confirm that you do NOT lose balance because of dizziness or ever lose consciousness.

You confirm you do NOT have a bone or joint problem (for example back, knee or hip) that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity.

You confirm that your doctor is NOT currently prescribing you medication for your blood pressure or a heart condition.

You confirm that if you are pregnant, or you have given birth in the last 6 months, you HAVE sought professional medical advice with regard to training/any intended changes in your physical activity.

You confirm that you know of NO other reason as to why you should not take part in physical activity.

TRAINING COMPETENCE DECLARATION

By purchasing and partaking in an Omnia Performance training products or service, you confirm that you have competence and confidence to perform the following movement patterns without pain: lunge, hinge, squat, push and pull.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

By signing up to a subscription-based coaching programme or service, you agree to pay the initial and recurring subscription fees, including after any trial period (if offered). Where applicable, one free trial is available per new client per programme. You accept full responsibility for all recurring payments until you cancel your subscription, which can be done any time via your account. If a subscription is cancelled or a payment fails, access to your training programme/coaching service will be removed.

REFUNDS

All training products and services purchased from Omnia Perfomance are non-refundable once delivered.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

All content within Omnia Performance training products and services, social media content, and emails are copyright of Omnia Performance and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, transmit or distribute any of the material.

APPAREL:

United Kingdom (UK): Customers have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date received, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Refunds:

Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received the returned item.

Post-inspection, you will be promptly notified regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Your refund will appear within a number of business days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
