SAMPLE WEEKS FOR TRAINING PLANS?
We are currently working through a sample week for each training programme, as well as uploading more detail on session amount and time commitment per week.
In the meantime, please email info@omnia-performance.com if you have more specific questions on each programme.
DO I NEED TRAINING PEAKS PREMIUM?
You do not need training peaks premium, no.
However, it does have some excellent features you might want to consider.
In short, it’s up to you!
DO I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION FOR TRAINING PLANS?
No - these are one-off purchases.
WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE A START DATE FOR TRAINING PLANS?
Due to the way the programme is delivered (through Training Peaks), we need this information to input when it should start from - as it is a live training calendar within the app.
CAN I CHANGE MY START DATE?
Yes, please consult your confirmation email for further information.
CAN TRAINING PROGRAMMES BE ADJUSTED?
You can manually adjust your programme with a Training Peaks premium account.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT FOR 1-1 COACHING OPTIONS?
Yes - a minimum of 3 months.
CAN TRAINING PLANS BE REPEATED?
They can, but for the programming to align with relevant dates you will need to request for us to reset your start date - simply do this by emailing info@omnia-performance.com
WHAT KIT/GYM EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
For all training plans, barbells with free weights, dumbbells, and access to the outdoors are required. Machines can be used, but most assistance exercises are free weights focused.
A sled is required for some plans, and a treadmill is recommended at points.
For triathlon focused plans, pool access, a stationary bike, and suitable safety equipment are required.
Lifting is generally compound movement focused, and whilst there are alternatives based on what you have access to - we would recommend that if you are working with limited kit, then you will have to wait for us to release a future programme better suited to your needs.
ARE TRAINING PLANS REFUNDABLE?
Training Plans are non-refundable.
