Edinburgh, 28/01/2025 - Omnia Performance, co-founded in 2021 by Fergus Crawley and Jonathan Pain, today announced changes as the company enters its next phase of development.

Jonny Pain will be departing to focus on key areas of his coaching specialism more aligned with extreme sports, mountaineering and remote wilderness expeditions.

In 2025, Jonny will also return to coaching combat sports and is booked for a series of specialist public speaking engagements.

Reflecting on his time at Omnia, Jonny shared, "I've truly enjoyed the journey founding Omnia alongside Fergus but now feel it's right to pursue my own personal ambitions and to allow Fergus the opportunity to realise the full potential of OP.

I’m excited to see how the company, the wonderful Omnia team and all the athletes excel from here under his excellent guidance and I wish everyone well deserved success"

Fergus Crawley will continue with Omnia Performance, working closely with the developing team as the business evolves. "I want to thank Jonny for his contribution to OP's successes to date and for his support thus far, especially at a personal level with major endurance projects. I wish him all the best for the future with excitement for his various upcoming challenges himself." said Fergus. "This marks a change in our professional relationship, but doesn’t undermine our personal one, and we are due to be up in the hills together soon for some winter Munros!"

Fergus will continue creating content for the brand alongside increasing public speaking engagements, while maintaining his commitment to Omnia's athletes, growth, and operations.

Omnia Performance will be announcing some further changes to the team in the coming weeks.

This transition allows both founders to focus on their respective strengths and priorities.
