Tom is fascinated by the relationship between food and performance. Early in his career, he realised that optimal nutrition was the key to unlocking potential - not just in terms of athletic output but also in enhancing recovery, mental focus, and long-term health. This passion has driven him to continuously refine his knowledge and approach, staying at the cutting edge of sports nutrition research.

Having worked with athletes from diverse sporting backgrounds, Tom thrives on the challenge of creating personalised solutions that fit each athlete’s unique needs and lifestyles. He enjoys collaborating with athletes at all levels, whether it’s a runner aiming for a new personal best, a powerlifter preparing for competition, or a busy professional balancing fitness with life’s demands.

Tom has also built up some serious top end strength, alongside running 13 marathons in 13 days, a 100 miler,  HYROX worlds qualification and much much more.
