Our Head of Performance Tom McClure has worked with everyone from general population clients to elite athletes in rugby, CrossFit, and now a growing crew of hybrid athletes trying to hit big goals. Tom’s job is to make nutrition feel doable, not overwhelming. To give athletes clarity, confidence, and enough flexibility to actually enjoy the process.

An OMNIA Athlete Story
He thought his best years were behind him.
Antonio is 43. He has a career, a family, and a mortgage. Like a lot of OMNIA athletes, he came to us convinced that the ambitious version of himself — the one who chased big goals and did hard things — belonged to a younger chapter of his life.
He was wrong.
With the right structure, the right methodology, and the right belief in what’s possible — Antonio ran his first 100km and completed a sub-12 hour Ironman. All while lifting weights he hadn’t touched since his early 30s.
